The first one is your current device and the rest of the list includes other devices where your IG account is active at present. Instagram website will show the details of all your login locations, from where you are logged in. On the left side menu, click on ‘Login Activity’.Click on the profile photo and select ‘Settings’.
At the top of the screen, you will be shown the recent activity (if there is any suspicious login or a location/device). Scroll down and check all the devices you are logged in with your Instagram account currently. Instagram will not allow you to log out of all the devices at once, so you will have to log out from each device individually. As soon as you click on Login Activity, you will see a list of all your login locations from where you are logged in. Select ‘Settings’ and then click on ‘Security’. Click on the 3 horizontal lines menu on the top right. 
Click on the profile photo on the bottom right of the screen. Open the IG App on your phone by entering your username and password.
